NHS 111

Please call our main reception number on 0115 9382101 to book an appointment to see a doctor or nurse, or alternatively, you can book your appointment online if you wish to see a doctor.

Before you can start to book an appointment online to see a doctor, you will need to call into the surgery and ask the receptionist to sign you up for this service – a photo ID is required.

If you are already signed up for online appointments, click on the link at the top of this page.

From 25 September 2019, in addition to GP appointments, Nurse and Blood Clinic appointments will also be bookable online. Please click here for the link to our online appointment booking guide.

We will do our best to keep to the appointment time, but emergencies do occur.

Children should be accompanied by an adult. If you need to see the doctor urgently, please explain this when you telephone or call at the surgery.

If you have more than one problem or a complicated problem, please book a double appointment. Each appointment is for one person only.

Please book separate appointments for each person. Most of the doctors are happy to carry out telephone consultations – please ask at reception for details.

An app is now also available for all iphone and ipad users called “systmonline” to help make your experience easier.

If you require a chaperone when you attend for your appointment, please let the Receptionist know on arrival.  All staff have received chaperone training.

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else. In order to maintain a good service to our patients, if you do not attend 3 or more appointments at this surgery, without informing us that you wish to cancel your appointment, we reserve the right to cancel your registration.
